Program Manager, RCS, Business Engineering Operations

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

• Develop and drive technical and operational programs and processes that support RCS for Business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), partner for user needs.
• Craft communications that synthesize operational performance, partner needs, and highlight key takeaways for Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in driving operational designs through selection and application of frameworks, standards, tools, processes and resourcing models.
• Experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams with operational insights.
• Experience with Ads, telecommunication, first-party or third-party ecosystems, engineering productivity.
